A Louisiana parish sheriff\'s office faced significant challenges with their legacy data systems. Their critical law enforcement data was scattered across multiple disconnected platforms:

• Police and jail records in a customized ARMS system hosted by a

neighboring parish

• CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) and 911 services in a managed Acudata

application with limited direct database access

• Evidence images and documents stored in external file systems

With plans to implement Spillman Flex as their new integrated public safety platform, the agency needed a partner who could comprehensively assess, extract, transform, and migrate their complex data ecosystem while preserving data integrity and relationships.
